Want to push the envelope on Lean Startups?
The book I just finished writing, Running Lean, was only the tip of the iceberg. Go behind the scenes and work directly with me and a team of other practitioners rigorously testing and applying Lean Startup techniques by way of building actual products.
Here’s what I’m currently looking for:
You’ll get to work with me on my latest projects – Lean Canvas and USERcycle, and help vet a list of other potential “products worth building”. I am looking for generalists, not specialists – with a mix of some or all of Design, Development, and Marketing talent. You must have prior startup experience (as a founder or early employee) with a high threshold for uncertainty. The final outcome of your previous startup is irrelevant. Your location is irrelevant.
Ruby Developer Intern
You’ve probably taken classes on how to build products, but do you know how to build products people want? Learn what it takes to systematically build a successful product – iterating from idea to launch to product/market fit. Time is your most valuable asset right now. Don’t waste it.
How to apply:
1. Send me an email: firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Skip the resume. Instead demonstrate why you are different and right for the job.
3. Write a paragraph on why you want to work with us.
4. Write a sentence or two about the most impressive thing you have built or achieved.
5. Additional ideas:
a) Use your github account to show a history of building stuff
b) Use your blog, twitter, or Facebook page to reveal who you are
c) Get more ideas by reading my book to understand how we work and what we believe
